Resolution passed against the DOR Charsadda

On the application of the Mr.Dilawar Khan Advocate an emergency meeting was called .Mr. Muhammad Altaf Advocate preside the house .Mr.Dilawar Khan Advocate stated before the house that every one knows  the DOR's attitude with lawyers and his decisions which are not on merit , he is a corrupt one. He moved a resolution to the house for strike from his court, and an application must be forwarded to the SMBR for the transfer of the DOR chd. The full house support his statement and the resolution was pass unanimously.Next day the print media take the following statements .

the matter was resolved after a week on approaching of the tehsil Bar Association Tangi.,as jerga masharan Mr. Ataullah Khan ,Javid tangi,Wajid Ali and nawab Ali Advocates approach the President ,and after a meeting with the cabinet and the senior members of the Bar the president call an emergency general body meeting.In the meeting Mr.Asad Jan Advocate stated that I would appreciate the role of Tangi Bar in resolving the matter ,but I am of the opinion that this would be against the justice to end-up the strike against the corrupt DOR. Other members like Mr.Ahmad Shah Khan ,Jan Parviz, etc stated that it is also against the customs of pukhtuns to reject a jarga.in the ending speach the president Mr.Altaf Khan Advocate stated that we have taken an action against the DOR on the application of Mr.Dilawar Khan Advocate and a resolution was passed unanimously and now from the participation of the members in this session it is clear that the house is ready and agree to resolve the matter with DOR as he had approach every member of the house individually and also other  community like Tangi Bar.The DOR came the house and the matter came to end.
