Resolution passed against the DOR Charsadda
.
On the application of the Mr.Dilawar Khan Advocate an emergency meeting was called .Mr. Muhammad Altaf Advocate preside the house .Mr.Dilawar Khan Advocate stated before the house that every one knows the DOR's attitude with lawyers and his decisions which are not on merit , he is a corrupt one. He moved a resolution to the house for strike from his court, and an application must be forwarded to the SMBR for the transfer of the DOR chd. The full house support his statement and the resolution was pass unanimously.Next day the print media take the following statements .
the matter was resolved after a week on approaching of the tehsil Bar Association Tangi.,as jerga masharan Mr. Ataullah Khan ,Javid tangi,Wajid Ali and nawab Ali Advocates approach the President ,and after a meeting with the cabinet and the senior members of the Bar the president call an emergency general body meeting.In the meeting Mr.Asad Jan Advocate stated that I would appreciate the role of Tangi Bar in resolving the matter ,but I am of the opinion that this would be against the justice to end-up the strike against the corrupt DOR. Other members like Mr.Ahmad Shah Khan ,Jan Parviz, etc stated that it is also against the customs of pukhtuns to reject a jarga.in the ending speach the president Mr.Altaf Khan Advocate stated that we have taken an action against the DOR on the application of Mr.Dilawar Khan Advocate and a resolution was passed unanimously and now from the participation of the members in this session it is clear that the house is ready and agree to resolve the matter with DOR as he had approach every member of the house individually and also other community like Tangi Bar.The DOR came the house and the matter came to end.

On the 31st January 2011 the new elected cabinet call the first meeting of the cabinet just before to call the general body meeting ,to thank the house and have tea party .In the meeting it was also come forward to decide for the oath taking ceremony . after this meeting ,the general body meeting was called at 11:00 am . In the meeting a tea party was also arranged for the new arrived District Judge Mr.Inam Khan ,the ADJs and civil judge/magistrates and the house members.In their peaches the president Mr.Muhammad Altaf Khan Advocate assure to the house the he will perform his duties in the interest of the Bar .He also assure to the new arrived District Judge Mr.Inam Khan that the judicial officers must give respect to the members of the Bar if you want to be respected by the members of the Bar .He also thanked to the house for the trust on him and to elect him as the president of the Bar.The G.S Mr Mujeeb Ur Rahman Advocate also thanked the house for electing him the G.S of the Bar for Seventh time.He thanked the election commission for arranging the clean poling system .
Construction of wash place (place of Ablution)
In the first meeting it was decided to construct a wash place (place of Ablution) the members of the bar , as the strength of the members is increasing day to day and the wash rooms in the Bar room are few, the respectable members are facing trouble while they need and specially in the time of Zuhar prayer. The president ordered to construct the place of Ablution as soon as possible .The work stat on next day and was completed in three day .the total expenditure was
